1. Shipping policy
1.1 Scope of operations. Krity Collective acts as a curated luxury marketplace bridge. We use a Direct-to-Customer (DTC) export model where items are dispatched directly from the designer’s studio to the customer to ensure authenticity and speed.
1.2 Payment and security. All orders are processed on a strictly prepaid basis; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Orders enter the production and fulfilment queue only after payment is successfully verified.
1.3 Logistics. We use premium global couriers (DHL, FedEx). Shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Domestic transit 5 to 10 days; international 10 to 20 days.
2. Cancellation and modification (the 12-hour rule)

2.2 Modification protocol. Any requests for size adjustments or shipping-address changes must be submitted within the 12-hour window.
3. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Customers can contact KRITY Collective through chat or the return request form within 48 to 72 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect or defective items. Returns are limited to manufacturing defects, transit damage or wrong items; exchanges are size-only on the same style subject to stock; made-to-order pieces are final sale unless a structural defect is proven. 4. Brand partnership and content compliance
Submission rule. Designers must provide high-resolution content every 5 business days.
Anti-copying. Plagiarism results in a penalty of ₹10,00,000.
5. Commercials and settlements
Commission. 25% of order value.
Payout cycle. 14 days after confirmed delivery.
6. Privacy and data protection
Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil tax and accounting obligations under Indian law. See the privacy policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
