Krity Collective operates this website in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). This policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit the site, place an order or otherwise communicate with us.
What this website stores
This website does not run user accounts or a payment system. Your bag and wishlist are kept in your own browser’s local storage and are never transmitted to us. Enquiries and order requests open in WhatsApp or your email application, so the information you send is governed by those services as well as by this policy once it reaches us.
Personal information we collect
- Contact details such as your name, shipping and billing address, phone number and email address, when you send an enquiry or place an order.
- Order information such as the pieces, sizes and measurements you request.
- Payment confirmation from our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
- Communications you exchange with the styling desk.
How we use it
- To confirm availability, produce and ship your order, and provide customer support.
- To share your name, address and phone number with the designer’s studio and the courier so the piece can be made and delivered.
- To send order updates, and marketing messages only where you have opted in.
- To comply with tax, accounting and export obligations under Indian law.
Retention
Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil tax and accounting obligations under Indian law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@kritycollective.com.
Third parties
We share information only with the designer fulfilling your order, our couriers (such as DHL and FedEx), our payment provider, and where required by law.
